Preface
For the past year, many talented Arkansas attorneys have worked together to produce the Guide to Arkansas Statutes of Limitations, Fifth Edition. This new edition offers updates on Arkansas statutes of limitations that have changed since 1987, new statutes that were not previously included, and a new format organized by chapters.
Many attorneys spent many hours on this project, and, without their help, this project would have never materialized as well as it has. They are;

Members of the staff of the Arkansas Bar Association were also a great help. Vicki Fewell, Judith Gray, Diane Gerrald, Rando Hicks, and Michele Rose all contributed to this work. Young Lawyers Section Chair Cindy Thyer and Past Chair Tim Cullen offered important ideas and encouragement, and Former YLS chair Price Marshall gave me helpful guidance in the early stages of the revision.
I hope the Fifth Edition offers Arkansas attorneys a useful source of reference material for the next several years. Thank you to everyone who helped!
