Absolute Proof of gross abuse by Governor Huckabee's Administration of allowing the Insurance and the Self-Insured industries in Arkansas control how Judges vote in cases before them without regard to the facts and law. These affidavits and depositions establishes without a doubt that the Governor has disregarded his oath of office to follow the Arkansas Constitution. He has and clearly will fire any WCC ALJ if they dare to vote for even legitimate claims of injured workers. Obviously Governor Huckabee wants his corporate pals happy. Therefore, in Arkansas, "WCC" does not stand for Worker's Compensation Commission but clearly in practice stands for "We Care for Corporations" without regard for the injured citizens of this State.
